Naamswijziging voor Wout Hogervorst

Na bijna 45 jaar verandert Mechanisatiebedrijf Wout Hogervorst uit Noordwijkerhout haar naam in Hogervorst. De afgelopen jaren groeit het bedrijf en verkopen zij hun machines steeds vaker in een groter gebied en ook internationaal. “Onze internationale klanten hadden moeite met de uitspraak van de voornaam van mijn vader, de oprichter van ons bedrijf”, aldus Erik Hogervorst die samen met broer André het bedrijf nu leidt. Hogervorst voert de naamswijziging per direct door.
Koerswijziging
Omdat de wereld snel verandert, heeft Hogervorst er voor gekozen actief in te zetten op het verder professionaliseren van het bedrijf. André Hogervorst: “We zijn gestart met de ontwikkeling van nieuwe serviceconcepten. We zorgen er ook voor dat alles wat we doen beter zichtbaar wordt. Daarvoor hebben we ons nieuwe merk Hogervorst ontwikkeld en zijn er plannen voor de verbouwing van ons complete pand aan de Schippersvaartweg in Noordwijkerhout. Zo ontwikkelt ons bedrijf zich verder en zijn wij er zeker van dat we onze nieuwe en bestaande klanten ook in de toekomst goed kunnen blijven bedienen.”
Naast machines van de merken Hos en Mazzotti (spuitmachines), verkoopt en onderhoudt Hogervorst ook de merken Kubota (tractoren) en Yale (vorkheftrucks). Het bedrijf is groot geworden met het ontwerpen van maatwerkoplossingen voor hun klanten in de bollenstreek.
A New Name for Agri-Expert Wout Hogervorst
After nearly 45 years, the time has finally come for Agricultural Mechanization expert Wout Hogervorst (based in Noordwijkerhout) to change its name to a clean, simple and more recognizable Hogervorst.
In recent years, the company has grown exponentially, leading to a quickly increasing number of machine sales, not just locally, but internationally as well. A positive development that also presented an expanding company with an interesting challenge.
“Our international customers had difficulty pronouncing the first name of our father who is also the founder of the Wout Hogervorst company,” Erik Hogervorst and brother André explain. The two brothers who now run the company have decided to simultaneously solve that issue and turn the Hogervorst name into a brand by implementing the change.
Course change
Because the business of agriculture is changing rapidly, Hogervorst is actively pursuing further professionalization of the company and its operations in order to meet any challenge Hogervorst or its clients might face.
André Hogervorst: “We have started developing a number of new service concepts that support this effort. In addition, we ensure that everything we do becomes more visible. To this end, we have launched Hogervorst as a brand and there are plans for the renovation of our entire building on Schippersvaartweg in Noordwijkerhout. This will enable Hogervorst to keep setting industry standards in terms of customer service while also focusing on developing exciting new products and services for our clients, now as well as in the future.”
